There will be no return or exchanges made once order has been dispatched.

In the event of receiving a product that is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours to request for an exchange or a refund.

You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit or back to the original payment method. 

Items must be returned to us unused with all tags and designer labels/packaging still attached.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

Any cancellation once an order is confirmed will have its deposit forfeited.
