Order

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

HONORE COUTURE offers products for sale that are in stock and available for purchase. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers, during which you may be given the possibility to make a deposit for certain items to secure a purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority. HONORE COUTURE will only take deposits for stock that has been scheduled for delivery by our suppliers. 

Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.

Please be aware that all our products are in high demand and will sell out within a relatively short timeframe.

Pricing

Please note that from time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.

Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine the cost price prior to purchase completion.

Regardless of your shopping destination and the currency you shop in, your purchase may be processed by one of our regional affiliate companies in which case your bank may charge you an international transaction fee.

Acceptance of your order

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless you cancel your order, the contract between you and HONORE COUTURE will be completed when we notify you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right NOT to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards.

Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing or details of a product. If we discover an error in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. 

Payment

Payment is required to be cleared by issuing banks before dispatch of your order by HONORE COUTURE. All transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuing bank. If the issuing bank refuses to authorise payment to HONORE COUTURE, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Promotion Codes

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

Insurance & Delivery

Insurance for all orders will be provided as an option to you before dispatch. There will be tracking provided for all orders and a signature is required upon delivery. HONORE COUTURE will not be liable for any lost or damaged packages once delivery is fulfilled.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours once payment is cleared. HONORE COUTURE is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
